“Ideal position for the coast & the Mumbles. Quiet road with easy parking. Short walk to access the Coastal Path for Langlands, Caswell & Bracelet Bays & beyond. We were visiting family & it was ideal for having grandchildren to stay with us overnight. Cosy Cottage was beautifully presented & had everything we needed. Not near to food shops. Worth shopping before arrival.”

“It was a lovely property in a great location. The owner was really easy to communicate with and the beach and coastal walk were beautiful.There was some scaffolding at the property which the owner inform us of beforehand. This was not being used. There were some early works on a flat downstairs but we let the owner know and they let us know it would be handled.I would stay again”

“Fabulous apartment! Beautiful views of Swansea Bay. Close to all amenities and just across the road from Verdi's restaurant. Rather tight getting into the undergroundparking bay. But otherwise a wonderful apartment that I would certainly consider renting again.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights during my daughter's graduation from Swansea University. The property is really well set up with every amenity you would need. It was spotlessly clean. Location in Mumbles is terrific with a short walk to the center of town, be aware that like manyseaside locations the return walk in up a hill. There is a local taxi stand / Ubers should anyone not wish to walk back. Our host was simply wonderful, great communication and very accommodating. Thank you ”

“Caswell Bay Beach Chalet was a lovely little property on a quiet holiday park in a leafy valley setting. Clean and tidy with modern fittings throughout. Superb location within a stone's throw of the beautiful Caswell Beach. Easy access to Langland and the rest of the Gower by car. There is a bus into Mumbles and Swansea if you don't have a car. Top communication with Margaret the host. Would certainly use again. Thank you.”

“Property in a nice location, close to the beach and ideal for walking the coastal path or popping into Mumbles. The flat could be made even nicer with a couple more upgrades but overall was generally clean and tidy but the internet is shocking as other people have mentioned.”

“The property is unpreposessing from the outside, a standard terrace on the busy Mumbles Road, however on the inside it is very modern and very well finished with modern finishings. The two double beds downstairsare very comfortable and a spacioius downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is well finished, with a well equiipped kitchen, good TV and good Wifi and another spacious bathroom. We did not use the outdoor areas which looked a bit cramped. We had no issues at all during our 4 night stay. Mumbles……
