“房間還蠻大的，床很舒服，服務人員態度很好，但是地理位置較偏僻，如果有車會方便些。離拉邁海灘車程約２０分鐘，查文海灘車程４０分鐘，如果喜歡熱鬧，這裡並不適合你，附近沒有任何商店，只有兩家小餐廳。我在附近租車，每天往返查文海灘和拉邁海灘，浪費許多時間。”

“The Rock was a beautiful place. Staff was amazing and the place itself is beautiful. We stayed in the ocean front villa, which is actually three separate “rooms”. A kitchen - stove, fridge, toaster and toaster oven, kettle, etc, with place to sit to eat and a toilet. Then two separate suites for sleeping etc. We were two couples, so perfect for us. Pool is amazing and there’s a nice shady room right off the pool to get out of the sun. Beach is pretty, but not a swimming beach. When the tide……

“I booked this hotel because of the positive comments, yet I was rather disappointed after having stayed for five nights. No change of bed / pillow sheets everyday. Dried blood stains found on the pillow sheets. Catering quality not even as good as the local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Massaman curry (one of the main courses of the complimentary dinner) was served with loads of oil. Reception staff were unfriendly (both the male manager on night shift and the female one on……

“Jacuzzi Suite, paid around 4, 000 baht/night, which the hotel didn't deliver. # we tried to call the reception for few times within two days but no one pick up the phone. # we found there were many mini insects ON THE BED, I killed a lot. # housekeeping was not good. It was not a 4 stars standard. ＃bed sheet condition is not good, and they didn't change it after housekeeping. #breakfast is super Lame. #sea views was fine, but no able for swimming. The staff was nice, but we didn't enjoy……

“Shanti Samui was a perfect place to unwind. The staff is what made it such an unforgettable stay. They were so kind and helpful. We were just a short walk from the beach and some delicious restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant on the beach. The pool and the rooms were spotless and all surrounded by coconut palms. We were a group of 4 and all of us agree that we highly recommend Shanti Samui. You will love it!”

“Staff great, location to bars restaurants. Mid way on beach can walk both directions. 2 pools small in front if kids there playing can’t enjoy but bigger pool in back. Chairs on beach not great could use update add umbrellas and space further apart would be better. Front corner on left has a leak so if you get those chairs you end up in swamp water, this needs to be addressed. Restaurant good.”
