"Quiet, easy parking"

"My suite room 218 had no door, which gave me no privacy. This suite shouldn’t be called a suite. The two days I was there the elevator didn’t work. I want a refund. Calling and getting the run around. False advertising for the suite and no elevator You gotta do better and I am a member "

"This property was perfect for a one-night stay or even a one-week stay if needed. The amenities were as described with pool, hot tub, 24-hr fitness room and washer/dryers available. Suites were spacious and clean. Hotel itself seemed like it could use a refresh, but otherwise, the property was clean, safe and in a convenient location and staff were knowledgeable and friendly."

"Too expensive, but totally adequate for concerts. If Deer Creek would staff and open the rear gates, it would be a much more convenient location for walking. "

"The pool was indoor/outdoor, made swimming laps impossible. Crowded with kids on the weekends. But it was a holiday weekend. Breakfast was good, sausage and biscuits with gravy. Scrambled eggs, bagels, English muffins and all that . Dinner and three drinks in the evening was great. They upgraded us to a one bedroom suite because we were staying two weeks. Great room and comfy bed. All in all, a great stay."

"We were in Muncie for a Ball State University dinner and meeting. I had my 85 year old mother with me and needed an accessible room. I booked here based on the availability of the accessible room and the room decor. It was blues and grays. I looked at other rooms in the area and at least one was down right ugly and another had an orange wall, which my mother would have hated. She DID comment on how the room was soothing (blues and grays), I told her picked this room specifically because I thought she would approve."
