“Rooms needs carpets”

“The Palacio hotel was a decent 3 star hotel. The rooms were simple, but functional. The staff was friendly and breakfasts were above average. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the street because it can get a bit noisy early in the morning. ”

“The hotel offers everything you could wish for. Great restaurant, great buffet breakfast. It also offres a pool, welness area and casino. All the staff were very friendly and well up to their task. They were helpul in every possible way, from tourist tips to arranging taxi transport. Spacious rooms were cleaned every day, and towels refreshed. I cannot think of a single reason not to book this hotel again. I highly recommend it!”

“We had a great stay; however, some things could be improved. Rooms are not 100% sound proof since you can hear when the custodians are in the other room, etc. Hot Tub was great, good location and good area. ”

Great AC, refrigerator, microwave, The location is great. you can walk to all of the major sights in the city. 3 minute walk to some of them. “My experience at this space was very horrible horrible horrible horrible such a big hotel but no understanding when it comes to the customer service. My experience with me and my two kids were so horrible. I book a one room with double beds and when I reached there, they told me that I have to add my kids and if I cannot pay for my kids is additional 400 and something dollars very horrible. ”
