“Beautiful cabin, very clean; well maintained. We were immediately impressed. Higher end appliances, coffee K-cup, granite counter top, high arc faucet. Wrap around covered porch with outside dining table chairs to enjoy the fresh morning air. Great communication from host. . There was a PAC-MAN head to head table that was an instant hit along with large TV's throughout each room. Excellent area. Plan to come back again. ”

“This is a really nice place to stay in Sedona! There is a privacy fence around the entire property. We were in Sedona to mountain bike and you can access multiple trails from property without having to drive to the trail head. There are wonderful views of Cathedral Rock from the back porch. Would definitely stay here again. Edan is a wonderful host!!!”

“The location was wonderful because the Grand Canyon was only a couple hours away. Phoenix was only a couple hours away. And we visited a friend in Topock which was only a little over 2 hours away. And the cottage had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this lovely cottage to our friends!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very cozy and clean and I appreciated all the decor and nice touches that made the house feel like a home away from home. Very thoughtful setup! One thing was that It’s difficult to tell how close the home is to heart of Sedona, drove 40 minutes to Basha’s and restaurants but we weren’t in any hurry to get anywhere in particular so it was fine. Also, there were not enough linens, specifically face towels for everyone.”

“Beautiful and quiet setting in the Canyon above Sedona. Premesis is well maintained and immaculate! The backdrop is breathtaking and the courtyard is inviting! Only downside was not knowing that a stair climb is required for each unit and it is difficult for a disabled person to access the condo.”

“We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. We had a little snag getting in when there was a snowstorm and we couldn’t initially get up the road in our minivan. Host was very responsive and helped us get in touch with a neighbor who offered to help us find a way to get our van up. Thankfully the plow came soon after our initial attempt and we were able to get up alright. “What a great stay and location! Not too far from Sedona at all…Great hikes all around with little to no people this time of year. (Do the Sterling hike) The accommodations were great in Unit 1…! Beautiful views from many points. The common outside area next to the waterfall was a cool asset. We did have an electrical glitch, but the property management team (Luis) did a stellar job of getting it corrected..! “I stayed here with my son and dog for a weekend. The cabin is super comfy and cozy. The deck in the back is amazing with all the pine trees and views. “The property was exactly as described. The owner was very thorough in their description. It was the little attention to details that made the difference for us like the good toilet paper, k-cups, a first aid kit, and even flashlights right by the front door which made it easy for us to navigate when we arrived after dark. “We were very impressed with this property. It was very clean and we are picky about that! Everything was even more beautiful than the photos, especially the master bathroom and shower. My son loved the shower and fireplace. The beds were also comfortable. The owner Jeff was very responsive when we had issues as well. The yard is a little small, but the area is gorgeous so you won't be needing to spend much time in the yard. We would definitely stay here again.”
