“Fint rum med fräscht badrum. Sängen var skön och bra med luftkonditionering och fanns både hårtork och steamer. Receptionen var bemannad när vi checkade in, men inte vid avresa. Fanns gratis förvaring för väskorna på avresedagen!”

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
