The receptionist welcomed us by calling us by name before we even introduced ourselves. That feels great for a start. Also at check out we were offered an apple and some candy for the road. That felt great as a departure gift. The hotel is easily accessible, close to the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood. Chambers are beautifully designed and maintained and clean. We could charge our electric vehicle during the night. Breakfast was very divers and had some original twists (such as a Nutella tap, many healthy options (eg avocado)) Only one point of improvement: for us, the mattresses were too hard and we had a bit of a painful back in the morning.

Arcus is a great choice. Their staff was outstanding. Their saunas are some of the nicest I’ve enjoyed in a smaller hotel ever. The breakfast was so good, multiple customers were taking pictures and videos of the wonderful buffet.

A charming, quaint little hotel right outside of the city center of Munich. Perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy a little bit of quiet and calm at the end of your travel days. Staff was super helpful and paid great attention to detail. One of our favorite dining experiences in Munich was the restaurant right across the street, perfect for a cozy ambient spot with great options for everyone. We loved our walks to the bus stop in the mornings (about 7 minutes) and the total commute time into the city center was about 45 minutes total. I will say to check the bus schedules on the way back - most of the buses close to the hotel stopped running much earlier than we expected, and it was very difficult finding Ubers or taxis in the area since it’s more rural. The hotel staff Mr. Hahn ( we think) was extremely helpful in getting a taxi for us at 4:45 AM to the airport and ensuring we all had to go coffee for the trip even though the kitchen wasn’t open. Thank you and we loved it!

First of all they don't have air conditioning in the room and this is a four-star Hotel it's available second the guy said or I don't even discuss this keyboard want to discuss I said sir this is how you talk with the customer and this is at 4:30 am when after three hours in the room I couldn't sleep when I came he told me oh finally you are right it's like he's talking with a 15 years old I am 52 years old guy and I payed in my opinion top dollar no it's a 4 star hotel. A lot of attitude the room also very small I hit my head to the stupid ceiling and also a very cheap ventilator inside somebody makes me laugh now I have pictures here this hotel should be downgraded from 4 stars to three or even two stars

Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, was ich mir auch ausgesucht habe. Parkplätze waren kostenlos und sind auch direkt beim hotel gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl. Rührei und Spiegelei wird für jeden frisch zubereitet, wenn man welches möchte. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Superbe découverte. Le personnel est adorable. En face il y a un restaurant de spécialités bavaroises qui set des plats délicieux à des prix très abordables. L'espace Sauna est MAGNIFIQUE, parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée de travail ou lorsqu'on a fait beaucoup de route. Je recommande vivement.
