Clean and well-decorated room. We encountered no problem when doing self-served check-in. There is friendly reception staff at their affilitated 'Kings' Hotel across the street. They got lockers for storage of your luggage for early check-in. You can ask the staff for the ascess card.

Good.
Overall the experience was good. we encountered some issue when we tried to check in on the first day, the staff provided clear instructions in the phone call and we soon resolved the problem. The location is very close to main train station, very convenient. Will consider it again if we have chance to visit Munich again.

Very good location, clean and comfortable. Have Individual air conditioner is good. Can cook in the room, even better if a washing machine with dryer can be equipped in room.

離火車站近，附近交通方便，有超市餐廳。房間整潔，也比較大。唯一不足是不能免費寄存行李，酒店只提供付費寄存櫃，而且只有10個左右。

Sometimes there is no people on the front desk during service time, and the door is closed, outside people can’t enter to hotel. I experienced one time and stayed outside around 5 - 10 minutes until another person walked out.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. But the staff is not flexible to allow early check-in even the room is available. The staff just base on standard rule and regulation.

nice short stay

廚房俱全，離車站近，適合在此城市慢遊的旅人。
雖然聽得到窗外公車來往的小聲響，但是房間寬敞且廚房很棒，離超市也不會太遠，前臺服務員非常親切。是一間很適合慢遊慕尼黑旅人的飯店，可以自己動手料理一些食物等，離博物館及各景點距離不算遠，慢遊。

有幾間King's Hotel，起初找錯了。後來找對酒店但職員告知無房，需要轉到另一間king's hotel。因此又拖著行李走。房間不大但整潔，燈光較暗，距離鐵路站約2-3分鐘路程。往慕尼黑啤酒節約15分鐘。

- 早了一小時check-in, 櫃枱說沒有位置存放行李 - 冰箱完全不冷，而且櫃臺也說他們沒有冰箱可幫忙冷藏食物 + 地理算不錯 + 床鋪不算太軟 + 有提供去機場的路線建議，說乘巴士較理想

No front desk, convenient automated check-in and check-out, spacious room, very clean, comfortable, quiet, room equip with small fridge, silverware and plates, easy access to metro and train station, restaurants nearby, not too bad of a walking distance to Munich marienplatz square.
