酒店房间很宽敞,早餐也很丰盛。但是酒店的服务很差,客房服务电话永远打不通,有一天晚上需要送来瓶装水到房间,可是打了三次电话也没有送过来;客房服务人员听不懂英语。

Really comfortable hotel. Lovely large rooms with everything you could possible need. Great facilities - particularly pool and gym. Breakfast buffet is also excellent. Staff bend over backwards to help and give you the best possible stay. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a really fantastic luxury hotel. The hotel itself has amazing facilities including a spa and gym, restaurant, cafe/bar and a second bar on the ground floor. We felt so well looked after the whole time by all of the lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble, including getting us milk for our 2 year old daughter at 5am in the morning! The local area is also fantastic and a bonus for us was they had a street party/festival on the weekend we were there, which was very family friendly. We hope to come back and stay again to see more of Munich, as we spent a lot of time enjoying the hotel and it’s facilities.

Overall - Good
We came here because we stayed here 3 years ago and absolutely loved it. This time, we had some issues upon arrival because the reception staff could not find our booking. They did however allow us access to the spa in the meantime - and later acknowledged it was an internal error. They also gave us free breakfast as an apology - which we were delighted about, however unfortunately they appeared to be quite understaffed - like so many hospitality business right now - that breakfast became a bit of an ordeal with orders going missing etc. It‘s a high quality hotel in central Munich with a lovely sauna area (two saunas, one steam room) and overall we would recommend staying here. The second time staying here had a few hiccups but maybe that‘s just incidental.

This was our favorite hotel in Munich as it was fresh, friendly and good service in the past. I have the feeling that the success they are having is leading to a certain arrogance or complacency, which is a pity… The checkin was horrible, took almost 20 min. There was no cleaning of our room and the service at the breakfast buffet was abruptly stopped at 10:20

Modernes Stadthotel mit überzeugendem Konzept
Die Rezeption war sowohl beim check in als auch beim check out überlaufen. Hier sollte schneller auf großen Andrang reagiert werden. Der Mitarbeiter beim check out war auch inhaltlich überfordert. Aber sonst alles bestens!

5 star hotel but not 5 star service
We booked 2 rooms for our parents who were visiting Munich for the week. The hotel rooms and facilities were 5 star quality. We appreciated the designs, the spaciousness and how quiet it was. Unfortunately, we didn’t find that the service matched up to the same high standards. When checking in, they couldn’t find our reservation and once they had, we couldn’t go into the room because all the guests hadn’t arrived yet and were required to sign some paperwork. We also had prepaid for breakfast but when our parents went to eat during their first morning, they were told that it was not included and provided additional confusion. Sometimes it’s the little things that just accumulate, especially when trying to ensure your guests have a pleasant stay.

The hotel rooms and facilities are amazing. Truly meeting the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, I don’t feel like the service followed through with the same standards. When checking in, they couldn’t find our booking, we couldn’t check in until all guests arrived to sign the paperwork, they were going to charge us for breakfast (40€/guest) even though we told them that we had already paid for it in our reservation, etc. Keep in mind that each of these incidents took a lot of time and it was a very unpleasant encounter, which was our first and last impression
