Service was great and hospitality was upto par. But the underground parking is very narrow, so only risk parking there if you are a VERY experienced driver. Location is in a bit of good area but there are other cacoons locations closer to the old town of Munich. Bed was very comfortable and layout was convenient.

The property was five minutes walk from the railway station which connected you to all areas of Munich. Property was clean even though the room was a bit on the small side.

Affordable, great location great comfort!

We stayed here for to nights during our interrail. Family of four booked two rooms. Nice rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, great working aircondition with 30°C outside we had great comfort in our rooms. There were electric blinds outside the windows. Great theme for the entire hotel, and great location, close to everything but nica and quiet.

The cosy room was fine for 1 night. It’s very convenient for the main station. When checking in, an entitled guest interrupted and demanded to be seen to. Rather than point out he was dealing with my check in, the staff member, without a word of apology, tried to deal with us both. He ended up getting my check in wrong, saying I hadn’t got breakfast when in fact I had selected and paid for breakfast. Another member of staff corrected him. It wasn’t the best first impression. But the stay overall was fine for the one night.

During the day, the area was perfect. It was very convenient to the train station. However, at night the area was questionable. Also, to leave luggage after checking out- it sits unattended in lobby, on an honor system. Overall, a great stay. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was amazing and staff was very helpful and attentive

We absolutely loved staying here! From the moment you walked in staff was friendly and we felt like home. We had a rough start to our trip so feeling welcome meant everything. We got upgraded to a suite our first night and couldn’t resist staying another night. I mean come on, who can resist a suite that had a Jäegermeister chandelier

Perfect location, comfortable room

Excellent stay! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a cute alpine/ski lodge motif, very well done. Great photo spaces! The rooms likewise were very nicely decorated. We had a large room that was very comfortable for a family of 4. Loft area separated the two queen beds and there were 2 full bathrooms. We were able to spread out and relax. We had the hotel breakfast - it was wonderful! Good variety of hot and cold items. Well worth the cost as we did not need lunch after eating there. Also, location was great, very close to train station, easy to get around town by metro or on foot. Lots of restaurant options. Totally recommend staying here. We will be back!

The hotel itself is super cute, the junior suite perfect for a family very roomy clean & comfortable. Hotel staff weren’t super friendly but answered questions if we had them.The area around the hotel isn’t very nice, but it’s a short walk to town although if you are with kids at night the walk to and from town one the side (Bayerstraße) closest to station isn’t too bad but on the other side along schwanthalerstrabe is very ethnic, with strip clubs, adult shops - very unpleasant so not the best for kids.

We stayed at this property in Munich two separate times during our visit to Germany. It is very close to the main train station which was perfect for us. It is off the busy street and has a restful patio seating area which we used most nights.

Amazing Alpine Themed Hotel

Incredible hotel to stay during Oktoberfest! We had 19 family members throughout the hotel and had no issue with gathering in the evening in one of the beautifully decorated common areas. Absolutely will recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Munich as it is so close to a huge public transport hub as well!
