Not value for money hotel
The hotel receptionist is very rude and untrained. This hotel is listed can give Hotels.com gold member Benefit but she did not give me at all and think I asked too much??? The hotel is old and no air conditioning. Dirty in the bathroom and have street noise. Overall very not value for money hotel.

離車站近、乾淨，但有些設備較舊
1. 房間空間充足、乾淨，有多個桌椅櫃子可置物很不錯。The room is clean and the room size is enough for two people. 2. 近車站、超市及藥妝店，非常方便。It is very convenient for being close to the station and supermarket. 3. 有提供電扇，但沒有空調。There is an electric fan in the room, but there is no air conditioner. 4. 門很重很難關，門鎖較舊一直有沒鎖好的感覺。The door to the room is very heavy and difficult to close. 5. 浴室很小。The bathroom is very small.

位置放便～ 近車站亦可以徒步走到商圈～ 過一條路口就有DM和超市～ 基本上由車站回酒店的路程就可以進行最後採購！^^ 生活機能非常好

Perfect location as it’s just minutes away from central station, the receptionists are absolutely nice to the guests but the cleaning staff could use some manner trainings, hogging the elevator while we try to get into our room and we had to wait for three turns until the reception helped us to get in.

住了四晚，有兩天早上八點多打掃的人直接開門進來，看見有人在就關門當沒事一樣，真心被嚇到，還有床單有血跡，第一晚因太夜就算了，沒要求更換，第二天趕著出去也沒反映，晚上回來又是那張床單，唯有到前台說要換，可是竟然沒有可替換的，然後給我們一條被子頂當，第三晚仍然是沒換... 本來近中央車站是個大優點，可是必經之路有工程，要兜個大圈子才到，這又要扣分，工程不是短時間那種，旅客們要注意。

地點近、服務好
飯店人員十分親切，也很能夠變通，我們提出臨時加床也十分快速的幫忙設置好折疊床，離車站很近，附近就有美妝店可以大買，唯一缺點是第一晚我們忘記鎖門在早上6點半被按電鈴並開門，雖然沒有發生任何事故、也是我們自己有疏漏，但還是對飯店的安全有點擔心，可能是醉漢走錯房？後面兩天有鎖門就沒有疑慮了。

5/6-7/6, 8/6-14/6共4間房 酒店前台不錯,房間整潔OK,詢問路況也有幫助。地店適中,附近有超市、藥妝。 缺點:很嘈, 夏天西斜好熱, Expedia 提供VIP 免費迷李吧汽水,但經過第一天飮用一支橙汁後,就沒補給,形同虚設,根本沒提供,雖然向Reception提及但多日都沒有。氣憤!

整體來說也ok的
早上9時已到達飯店，就算還沒到達check in的時間，職員也很好讓我們提早入住，沒有額外收費； 但到最後一天，check out時間應是中午12時，但9點時候清潔人員按門鐘，有禮貌地說德文，我們有點雞同鴨講，我猜她的意思是說她要清潔，說因為我們要check out，其實我們也準備好要外出和check out，所以就跟她說多給我們10分鐘，最後我們也留下答謝清潔人員的小費然後就離開了。

Location is good! There is mini kitchen which we use for cooking dinner sometimes . However, you may need to bring your own pot or rent from the reception Also you are recommended to mention you need the mini kitchen when booking this apartment even when we reverved it we based on the photo with mini kitchen. The receptionist gave us the small room without the kitchen and she initially told us that we did not special request when booking.

德國的商務旅館通常浴室的設計是很狹小的空間，所以了解這點常態就沒什麼好抱怨了！
從中央車站徒步約7分鐘的路程，對於市區散步旅遊的好選擇，早餐品質值得大大的加分，很有誠意的菜色與多種口味的麵包，有別於一般商務旅館。對於不到100美元的價格而言，是會考慮下次再入住。
