Terrible front desk staff
I checked in on 12/30/2023 and arrived at the hotel almost 6-7pm after dark. The two front desk women on duty at the time had a terrible and creepy attitude. Because I didn't hear one of their questions in time to reply to them, they acted very impatient, scoffed, and kept looking at each other in an unkind way.
What was even weirder was when I got into the elevator, one of the front desk ladies followed me in, she stood in front of the elevator door, normally people turn their backs to other people in that position, but she turned to face me on purpose and kept staring at me in a creepy way, when I looked at her she said do you need more towels for your room? I haven't even gotten into the room yet how do I know about the towels? So I replied I don't know and she said I'll bring you towels to the room later...... Of course, I didn't see any of the "towels" she took to me after that.
In addition to the terrible service staff, the management of this hotel is extremely poor. They only texted me after booking to inform me that the parking lot and gym were broken, and even the room of 4 people that I had booked was no longer available and I was given 2 separate rooms instead.
I've been to probably 10 countries and stayed in many hotels and this hotel is definitely one of the worst.
