Hotel Prinzregent is a beautiful, authentic German hotel. We loved the architecture and decor, and the staff is dressed in traditional costume. It's very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a bit overpriced at 24 Euros, but it is a large spread. The location offers easy access to a subway station, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. 20 minute ride to Marienplatz. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay!!! Such a cute place and the rooms and facilities are wonderful! The breakfast was the most fantastic experience and very much worth the fee to pay in advance and the convenience!!! We ate at the restaurant one evening also and it was delicious!!! Nice, quiet hotel, a little outside Munich city centre but very close to the s-bahn. The room was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. It would have benefited from a fridge but it did have a/c which was appreciated. Breakfast was okay. This was our fourth Bavaria hotel of the holiday and the others all had exceptional breakfasts. However, breakfast was served outside on the terrace which was really lovely. Staff were nice.

We had a great night. The hotel operates with a quality that honestly I haven’t often experienced at this price point. We stayed in spacious suite, which was good for our family of four. The location was very convenient, with only a short walk to the S train into central Munich. The staff were very friendly and professional and definitely like a concierge offering assistance with the trains/tickets. Great breakfast - even weisswurst! Overall one word - quality. Would definitely stay here again.
