Great farm house property with 11 century church in the backyard

The place is adorable. It’s spotless clean with a very recent remodel. It has everything you need and all appliances are top-notch. We were greeted with the bottle of wine, milk, water and fruits, which was great for our late arrival. It was a unique experience for us to stay with locals in the rural environment, by the farm. There are incredible views of Bavarian fields right around the corner. We had breakfast outside in the backyard, looking at the old church, which was pretty facing!

Very nice apartment in a superb environment

We have enjoyed our stay in Assling. The apartment was very nice and well equipped. We were welcomed by Amelie, she was very kind to be at the apartment ahead of time for us. She gave us all information for transportation and supermarkets. We were also welcomed with a nice bowl of fruits, one milk, wine and water bottle. This house is located in a charming rural environment, 7 minutes away by car from the train station. We were in Munich in less than on hour. We recommend it without any hesitation. Diane and Daniel. Amazing experience!

If you want to be outside of the city away from the hustle and bustle, you need look no further. Josef, Heidi, Max, Erhard, Josef’s parents are all super hosts! To begin with, Josef’s apartment is set on a farm surrounded by breathtaking beauty. There’s someone makes for a peaceful, restful vacation. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and maybe even a little bit better! It’s a great place to come back to after visiting and touring the beautiful city of Munich. It’s about 40 minutes outside of Munich in a little village called Assling. Munich is easily accessed by the very user friendly transportation system. It’s a lovely train ride into the city. Josef and Heidi were so accommodating from picking us up at the airport, taking us for groceries, and nearly daily trips to the train station. I can’t say enough about these lovely people. I feel I’ve met lifelong friends! I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. I learned a word while staying in Munich— gemutlich, meaning comfort or cozy. In my opinion, Am Brucker Moos is the only place to stay. ❤️

Super schön, super Unterkunft

Es hat alles gepasst, Kontakt kein Problem, sofortige Rückmeldung nach Anruf, herzlicher Empfang und Einweisung zu allem was man wissen muss. Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. In der super ausgestatteten Küche war alles vorhanden um sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Super nette Vermieter die man auch jederzeit ansprechen konnte und auch super Tipps für die Erkundung der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gaben. Wir haben den leider zu kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, dies sehr gerne wiederholen.

Es war ein absolut toller Urlaub. Super tolle Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage. Und wahnsinnig nette und tolle Gastgeber. Die Wohnung wie schon gesagt einfach nur ein Traum. Genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl hefühlt, einfach wie zu Hause. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Und so blitzsauber! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und offen, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach München, Rosenheim und Wasserburg.

Prima verblijf van 4 dagen in dit mooie, ruime en zeer complete appartement. Wij hebben mooie Ebike tochten in de omgeving gemaakt, o.a. rond de prachtige Chiemsee, met uitzicht op de Alpen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist super schön, perfekt mit jeder Kleinigkeit ausgestattet und total sauber. In der Umgebung kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge machen und die Ruhe genießen. Trotzdem sind Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Tegernsee, Schliersee, Chiemsee) recht schnell erreichbar. Heidi und Sepp sind super herzliche Vermieter und sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir durften sogar mit den privat gehaltenen Alpakas spazieren gehen. Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Grandioses Erlebnis

Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter inklusive Willkommensgruß für Mensch und Vierbeiner. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Es wurde viel Info-Material für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Tierärzte etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Entspannung pur für Hund und Mensch. Wir und unsere beiden Fellnasen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
