Amazing experience!
If you want to be outside of the city away from the hustle and bustle, you need look no further. Josef, Heidi, Max, Erhard, Josef’s parents are all super hosts! To begin with, Josef’s apartment is set on a farm surrounded by breathtaking beauty. There’s someone makes for a peaceful, restful vacation. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and maybe even a little bit better! It’s a great place to come back to after visiting and touring the beautiful city of Munich. It’s about 40 minutes outside of Munich in a little village called Assling. Munich is easily accessed by the very user friendly transportation system. It’s a lovely train ride into the city. Josef and Heidi were so accommodating from picking us up at the airport, taking us for groceries, and nearly daily trips to the train station. I can’t say enough about these lovely people. I feel I’ve met lifelong friends! I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. I learned a word while staying in Munich— gemutlich, meaning comfort or cozy. In my opinion, Am Brucker Moos is the only place to stay. ❤️

Christmas in Bavaria
We stayed here for Christmas with our family. It was a perfect location in the quiet countryside outside of Munich. The amenities were beautiful and we loved the holiday touches including the pine boughs. The location is quiet and charming and the hosts were very gracious.

Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist super schön, perfekt mit jeder Kleinigkeit ausgestattet und total sauber. In der Umgebung kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge machen und die Ruhe genießen. Trotzdem sind Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Tegernsee, Schliersee, Chiemsee) recht schnell erreichbar. Heidi und Sepp sind super herzliche Vermieter und sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir durften sogar mit den privat gehaltenen Alpakas spazieren gehen. Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Very nice apartment in a superb environment
We have enjoyed our stay in Assling. The apartment was very nice and well equipped. We were welcomed by Amelie, she was very kind to be at the apartment ahead of time for us. She gave us all information for transportation and supermarkets. We were also welcomed with a nice bowl of fruits, one milk, wine and water bottle. This house is located in a charming rural environment, 7 minutes away by car from the train station. We were in Munich in less than on hour. We recommend it without any hesitation. Diane and Daniel.
