位置在車站旁邊,蠻方便的,不過附近蠻多流浪漢,附近有自助洗衣,房間蠻大,不過浴室的門只有一半,水會灑出來,每天都會給礦泉水,很不錯,不過床單只會重鋪,就算連住四天,也不會換新的

Disappointing
Stayed at dozens of NH establishments throughout Europe in my years of traveling but this has to be the most disappointing experience. Pros: Breakfast buffet selection and quality was great. Cons: Requested quiet room on higher floor, ended up getting a room facing the tram/ main road on the lowest floor which was fine except sound proof was terrible, hard to sleep even with all windows closed. Shower drainage was poor hence the floor would be all wet. Bathroom ventilation needs improvement as well. Do not disturb signal was on, but the hotel staff would just opened the door without knocking.

The hotel no hot water to take a shower at the last day. I check with hotel reception then only reply must be wait for technician to repaired it. And our bathroom never clean very well during our stay in hotel. Very terrible experience.

Per day we are doing also a refill with a minibar and free water. I am not sure about which water you mean. excellent location and convenience
the location is excellent. the hotel is at the street across to the main station. there are shops and restaurants around, so to stay here is super convenience.

入住時發現露臺有一大膠袋垃圾沒有人清理, 露臺餐枱超級污糟, 用了幾張紙巾抹全黑色,明顯是沒人清潔,洗手間紙巾盒沒有補充及有一條用過的大毛巾掛在洗手間門後沒有處理,打電話給Front desk要求派house keeping上來清潔,等了4小時都沒有出現。房間暖氣不足,唯一優點是很近火車站。

中央车站地区的理想酒店
酒店的地段极佳,出了中央车站抬头就能看到。离老城区很近,适合游览。从中央车站也可以通过地铁、火车和电车抵达慕尼黑以及德国各地。 酒店设施尚可,低层的房间视野较为一般。 早餐还挺丰盛,服务人员也很NICE。

Muy lindo tener terraza con magnífica vista pero solo un elevador sube al piso 16 y a veces había que esperar más de 10 minutos el elevador específico. El personal del hotel usa el elevador de forma indiscriminada (ejemplo para un solo piso). Un día a las 3:30pm no habían limpiado el cuarto y tardaron 1 hora en enviarnos toallas limpias!

The location was good and bad...it was centrally located, which was great as it was within walking distance of all the interesting attractions, but it was right across from the train station so it was very crowded. Getting in and out to check in/out is very difficult if you're driving as there just isn't any space to do so. We had to use handicapped parking. In addition, parking is offsite and very inconvenient. On the plus, the staff was awesome...very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, although a bit small, but there is an abundance of storage.

ミュンヘン中央駅を出てすぐのところで、とても便利。まわりにお店やレストラン、カフェもたくさんあるので、困らない。スタッフはとても親切で、雰囲気もよい。部屋はとてもきれいで、浴槽もあって、ゆっくり温まることが出来た。7階の部屋はとても明るくて、遠くにはアルプスの雪山も見えて、きれいだった。ミュンヘンに来ることがあれば、また利用したい。

Staff was great. Location is near all public transportation and next to the Lufthansa Express Bus stop for quick ride to airport. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal. Rooms are not cleaned daily, but that does save energy. Hotel has smokers out front constantly, which could be addressed.

The location, especially in winter, is extremely convenient to all forms of transportation. The hotel staff is charming; however, do not expect your room to be cleaned daily or sheets to be changed during your stay. Also, the enormous amount of smokers outside the hotel entrance is unbearable, especially if you have asthma. The buffet breakfast is impressive and made all other frustrations diminish.

This hotel is well placed for train travellers. It is clean and all staff members were fantastic to deal with. Only down side is the area around the station can be a little boisterous but I’m saying that I had no problems at all! Highly recommend

Fantastic hotel! Close to transportation, restaurants, shopping and local sites. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was lovely and super helpful.

Wirklich ein tolles Hotel für Wochenendtrips. Unkompliziertes Nachbuchen des Früshstückes, super freundliches Personal. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer. U- und S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Manko: man hört die Bahnen nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster. ;-) und 28€ für das Frühstück gehen bei der Auswahl in Ordnung, soviel kann man beim Frühstücken aber eigentlich nichts essen.
