房間是沒有空調，有點被騙的感覺，因酒店一般都是有空調的 幾個晚上一家都睡不好，應該在網頁特別註明，想換房沒有可能，其他訂房已滿。可是酒店地點理想，旁邊就是超市，往自助洗衣店也是10分鐘步程之內。

Please notice behavior of "room cleaning staff"...
I live in this hotel between 7/20 and 7/24 with my family. You need to notice the behavior of "room cleaning staff" every day if you want to choice this hotel in your vacation. Because when I checked out, the "room service record" show we drink white wine and red wine. We just drink the white wine. I have complain this issue with front desk agent, but she still insist we had drunk the white wine and red wine. That fine... I pay first, because I don't have any time to complain this issue again and again. I need to leave and take the train. In addition, this hotel does not have air conditioning. Please notice this point If you want choice this hotel when the weather is in heatwave. Everything is fine, just complain their "room cleaning staff".

廁所非常小 排水管還堵塞 房間非常小 行李多的家庭不適合入住，來德國住20天這間是最差的體驗！！不建議入住！

Good hotel
Everything is fine at this price, only problem is , it's a bit far from the S-bahn and tram, if you have big family , I don't recommend you stay here without driving a car

This is a great place to stay. Hotel and rooms were clean. Great place to stay with families.They have a breakfast buffet at the hotel that was really good.The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly. You can buy train tickets at the front desk.The neighborhood is really nice and quiet with a lot bakeries nearby. They are a lot of good restaurants nearby too.Easy walk to the S bahn and U bahn.

Schönes Hotel mit guten Flair
Leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer sondern eine Kategorie drunter bekommen, obwohl auch mehr bezahlt habe. Sonst aber schönes Hotel und gute Lage aber nicht im großen Getümmel. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Clean, good location, good service
Although our reservation was for and it has been mentioned in the confirmation as 1 double bed + 2 single beds, we had 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Apart from that everything was fine. Very good breakfast.

My room was rather hot. It also backed up to the parking lot that was noisy from very early morning hours although it was Oktoberfest. The room had loud mechanical noise from around 5:30am. The area was far from central or anything of interest.

Small and nice hotel
The hotel was small but really cute, people kind and always trying to help. The room small but comfortable and you get what you need, but it was really really hot and it didn’t have air conditioner.

I enjoy the Orly because the rooms are neat and clean and a decent size with a working desk. The breakfast is great and the staff very helpful. The 500 m walk to the U Bahn is very convenient. Best of all, you are out of the tourist district but surrounded by good restaurants frequented by locals.

Tutto come da descrizione, ma sinceramente non avevo neppure pensato di verificare se in un 4 stelle avrei trovato o meno l'aria condizionata. Purtroppo sono stati giorni caldi e la camera già alle 7 del mattino diventava un forno perché esposta ad est. I due poveri ventilatori non sono stati in grado di dare alcun tipo di conforto e dovevamo dormire con le finestre spalancate.

Room was great and modern. No a/c but did have a tower fan which helped as it was unusually hot and very humid during our stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and recommended a place for lunch as we arrived prior to check in and stored our bags in a secured luggage room.
