I kind of accidentally booked this place. I thought it was closer to town. Once I found out how to get into town, I had a few options and it worked pretty well. The hotel pretty much offered everything I needed. There was a small amount of snacks to pick from, included soup and pizzas, beer on tap, breakfast for a cost, there weren’t too many toiletries, but there was a dispenser of soap and a small teapot with a few copying options. Rooms were not cleaned every day, only at your request. That was fine with me.. You could ask for towels. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a kebab shop next-door, which was great. That was also DHL Parcel shop so you could send packages and purchase things. There was a discount grocery shop on the ground level of the building that was open 8-8. There was no phone, but there was a TV. For me only three channels, I think had English.. Recommended if you don’t mind being a little out of town. tram stops, right next-door, buses, go by and take you to the underground only a few blocks away from there you can go directly to the central train station and down town.

Well thought out spacious rooms. Shower is a glass door out in the room space so if you don't like being naked in front of your roommate, you'll have to dress in the toilet stall.

One of the most miserable humans I've ever had the displeasure of meeting was on reception when we arrived. For someone working in hospitality then I would have thought being hospitable would be an absolute minimum. The rest was positive.

Leider enttäuschend Unser Aufenthalt war leider nicht so, wie wir es von einem Hotel erwarten würden. Bereits beim Zimmer sind uns mehrere Mängel aufgefallen. Auf der Bettwäsche befand sich ein deutlich sichtbarer Fleck. Außerdem gab es ein Problem mit der Dusche: Im oberen Bereich der Duschvorrichtung trat Wasser aus bzw. spritzte seitlich heraus. Zusätzlich stand unser Bett schief, da unten eine Rolle fehlte. Gerade bei einem Hotelzimmer sollten ein ordentliches Bett, saubere Bettwäsche und eine funktionierende Dusche eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. Insgesamt daher leider kein rundum zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt

Schönes City Hotel mit guter öffentlicher Anbindung. Tram und Bus Station direkt vor der Tür. Man ist ganz schnell bei der nächsten U-Bahn. Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend, Frühstück sehr gut mit genügend Auswahl. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder kommen.
