Oktoberfest in Munich? You can reach the Theresienwiese in just about 30 minutes by car—or in about 50 minutes by train.

Whether you’re coming to Munich for a city break, travelling on business, want easy access to the airport, or plan to explore the region around Freising —here you’ll find a comfortable retreat where you can unwind after an eventful day.

For restful nights, there are six single beds (which can be converted into a double bed if needed), comfortable mattresses, and a cosy sofa. After a long day, you can get comfortable in front of the Smart TV with Netflix and wind down the evening in a relaxed way.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a small selection of basic supplies: fresh herbs, a variety of teas and hot chocolate, as well as salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar.

And for your first coffee in the morning or a quick break throughout the day, a NESPRESSO coffee machine is available. A washing machine is also available right in the building.
