My room was on the first floor. Hot water came quickly and hot enough. The room was clean. Towels were fairly new. The bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave. I stayed at this hotel because I needed to go to SF CBD in the morning. I knew the hotels in downtown were much more expensive and difficult to find parking spot. The stay worked well. I recommend this hotel.
