“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town, spotlessly clean, very nice courtyard with swimming pool and sun loungers, we had breakfast outside by the pool. It was my birthday and wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us Prosecco and fruit plate to welcome us. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again and would recommend Pepi Hotel. Thank you. ”

“A modern hotel in a neighbourhood that's still developing, up a rather steep hill but not more than 10 minutes’ walk from the old town. Entry to the room and hotel relied on a four-digit code you had to put into a keypad, which also activated the electricity. The room was comfortable and well insulated - important during a cold snap in low season - and I very much appreciated the effort made to put together a decent low-season breakfast box, including pastries, jam, an egg and fruit, plus……

“Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. ”

“From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by such friendly staff,we were suprisingly upgraded to the most beautiful room- what a treat.The hotel is a beautiful old building ,in the perfect location in the old town.beautiful breakfast.Frre bottels of water replaced daily and numerous lovely tioletries.But what makes this place is the staff- they cannot do enough for you,but are also friendly and fun and really make you feel at home.we stayed for 3 nights and were sad to leave such……

“Das gebuchte Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon, jedoch war ein dekorativer "Fake-Balkon" vorhanden. Leider war es uns aufgrund der Höhe von ca. 3 Metern nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen, weshalb es permanent geöffnet blieb. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage und war stets tadellos. Lediglich der Duschvorhang wies eine leichte Undichtigkeit auf, was dazu führte, dass der Boden und die Vorleger nach dem Duschen nass wurden. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist……

“Sköna sängar och kuddar. Trevlig personal. Bra AC. Ren och fin pool. Bra frukost. Parkering finns men är liten och rymmer 3-4 bilar. Annars gäller parkering på gatan, vilket kan vara svårt. Rekommenderar hotellet. Inte billigt, ligger bra till stranden. ”

“Séjour de 4 nuits en DP. Excellent emplacement, au pied de la vieille ville et de la plage et au calme. Buffet du pdj et du dîner parfait. Le personnel du restaurant est trop sympa. La piscine est petite,mais existante. Le grand plus ceux sont les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement par l'hôtel. 15 à 20 minutes à pieds du terminal de bus mais le chemin est très agréable et traverse la vielle ville.”
