「This stay fell well below basic expectations. We were not sent the access code as promised 24 hours in advance and had to text the host ourselves right before arrival to get into the building. We were given one roll of toilet paper for three people for an entire week and no essential supplies like dish soap. The TV remote was damaged and didn’t work due to dead batteries. 「This is a lovely property in a good location. A nice quiet 10 minute walk to the train station and only 30 mins to Amsterdam Centraal. There's a small supermarket nearby if you need anything. The park just next door has a couple of play areas for smaller and bigger children. We would definitely look out this place again if we revisit the area.」
