“The staff were all very nice, from the beginning till the end. We booked a two bedrooms room, one room was slightly bigger with a bathroom inside and a nicer view, one’s bathroom was outside and the window view was inward. The kitchen and living room space were both great and fully equipped. If you need to change towels or cleaning, you can arrange the service a day earlier. Tram, bus, and metro station were all close. I will definitely choose here again when I visit Amsterdam next time. ”

“This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the……

“We loved our stay in Sebastian’s beautiful apartment! It’s in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood with easy access to all of Amsterdam’s museums and city sights with a canal and quaint bridge just steps from the door. The kitchenette was well-stocked, and there is a grocery store a few minute’s walk away (just across from the bus and tram stop). Sebastian met us at the apartment for check-in and kindly stored our luggage for us on our last day. We would definitely stay here again!”

“What a beautiful apartment! Location right on a peaceful canal was perfect, slightly away from the super-touristy city center, it had more of a picturesque village feel yet very accessible to downtown, with many restaurants, cafes and amenities nearby.
