「Excellent experience. Great room and well furnished. Amazing view from the second floor window. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Situated minutes from all the major museums. 」

「Amazing host, great help with local knowledge or anything we needed. We were in a canal view room it had everything we needed. David was an exceptional host. Easy walk from Amsterdam Centraal. 」

「Wir haben spontan gebucht und wurden um 21:30 Uhr sehr herzlich von Anneke empfangen. Es ist alles sehr herzlich, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, 2 Einzelbetten nebeneinander. Alles super sauber. Parken kostet nicht extra, Hund 7,50 Euro/Tag, was wirklich fair ist. Nachts ist es herrlich ruhig. Frühstück 9-10 Uhr ist eine sehr angenehme Zeit. 」

「pal in de winkelstraat. Dichtbij het centraal station. Buiten dat de wc-knop stuk was, was alles in orde. Goed geslapen, al lig je in het centrum. Misschien nog een min puntje, de vloer plakte op sommige plekken. 」

「Unser Aufenthalt war gut. Die Lage ist super. Es ist ruhig, aber auch sehr zentral. In nur 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an zentralen Punkten und hat dabei noch schön durch die Stadt schlendern können, vorbei an einigen Kanälen. Amsterdam ist eine Reise wert und werdennicht das letzte Mal da gewesen sein. 」

「Petite chambre avec salle de bain, idéalement placée en plein centre et tout proche de la gare centrale. La literie et l’insonorisation sont très bonnes , de plus le ménage et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Je recommande vivement surtout que le gérant est très sympathique et arrangeant !」

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "

"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked. However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty. On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning. "
