「The staff were all very nice, from the beginning till the end. We booked a two bedrooms room, one room was slightly bigger with a bathroom inside and a nicer view, one’s bathroom was outside and the window view was inward. The kitchen and living room space were both great and fully equipped. If you need to change towels or cleaning, you can arrange the service a day earlier. Tram, bus, and metro station were all close. I will definitely choose here again when I visit Amsterdam next time. 」

「Falsches Appartement bekommen,nicht das was ich gebucht hatte,ganz wichtig für uns war der Balkon, der aber leider nicht vorhanden war Aber der absolute Hammer war,das wir 1Tag früher abreisen mussten,weil der Vermieter das Appartement doppelt vermietet hatte,wir wurden aus Amsterdam zurück geordert,das wir das appartement sofort zu räumen hätten,weil die neuen Gäste schon vor der Tür standen,Zug tickets ,Grachtenfahrt und Madame Tussauds Eintrittskarten auch umsonst gekauft Der Vermieter kam...

「Location is ideal for canal access and nice peaceful neighborhood walks. The apartment is quaint and comfortable. The Anne Frank house is a 4-minute walk away.Note that the bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. It’s easy to push them together to make a larger bed.」

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the...
