Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. "Located on top of the Hoog Catharijne mall, which is right next to Utrecht Central station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Hotel is surprisingly quite quiet given the population around the area."
