「The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. Wir haben über eine Stunde gebraucht, bis wir die Türe öffnen konnten. Die telefonische Hilfe des Vermieters war keine, d.h. es hat uns niemand geholfen.」
