「RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!」

「Der Kontakt ist immer freundlich und mit vielen Infos gekommen. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Das Hausboot ist perfekt eingerichtet ,sehr sauber und gemütlich!Jedes Zimmer hat ein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Dusche.auch die Wasserboote zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 「My girlfriends and I were celebrating a friends 70th Birthday! Ronald was waiting for us as we drove up, gave us a warm welcome and brought us on the boat. It was just magical and such an amazing way to spend your time in the Netherlands!!!! I highly recommend staying on the boat to have a truly amazing story to tell your friends about your holiday. I will absolutely stay again when I return, no better way to enjoy life than making memories like these!」

「We didn't tell the kids so they were very excited when they saw the boat - "do we really get to stay here?!" Communication via email ahead of time was super - it made getting there and planning our stay in Rotterdam much easier. The kitchen has everything you could need and the beds are great. We were met at check-in by Ro who was very helpful - lots of suggestions for things to do in the area.」

"早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？ 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來."
