“The location and actual accommodations were lovely. Gorgeous view and a quick walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and train stop. Communicating with our host was atrocious. Upon arrival, we did not have WiFi, info on parking, or the rental itself. Host was not responsive via WhatsApp, phone, or email for about an hour. When he did respond, he told us he would send the WiFi and handle the parking meter, which was great, but a month later we received a fine from the city due to unpaid parking. A……

“We could not have asked for a more centrally located place to call home! It was very private and quiet and yet just outside the door and up the stairs were the most vibrant places in Utrecht. Bert was an amazing host, meeting us upon our arrival to show us around and checked in with us (via email) halfway through our stay. We would absolutely recommend Loft 188 to friends and family and would not hesitate to stay again if the opportunity presented itself. ”
