The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. "Die angegebene Lage hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Die Wohnung war außerhalb und nicht in der Stadt. Der Link zur Öffnung der Türe hat nicht funktioniert, da er nicht vollständig war. Wir haben über eine Stunde gebraucht, bis wir die Türe öffnen konnten. Die telefonische Hilfe des Vermieters war keine, d.h. es hat uns niemand geholfen."
