「I do not normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but in this case, I feel obligated to warn potential travelers. If you have ANY sort of problem there is no one to help you. We arrived before 9pm and were not able to access our room until 10:15pm. Finally someone responded to the multiple messages, phone calls and emails. There was no regret or apology. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. 「The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email).
