“Service was great. Property needs a refresh. Not like the Hyatt Place hotels we are used too staying at. Dark and room had an ordor. Stayed one night. Pajamas smelled like hotel room when unpacking. Not a great experience. ”

“If you’re thinking about staying in Lakeland, stay here! It’s close to everything, just a few miles to Joker Merchant Stadium, and Cheddar restaurant is in the same parking lot, it is delicious. We stayed 3 nights and had zero complaints/problems. The hotel is so clean, smells so fresh, rooms were roomy, beds comfortable, and clean, staff were all nice, and complimentary breakfast was delicious-not your normal free hotel breakfast. The pool and workout areas were also very nice. The best part is……

“They welcomed our pets (for a fee). I appreciate the dog potty area and for providing bags and a place to put the waste. The hotel was clean and so was our room.”

“The first room they gave me when I checked in just opening the door to roaches on the bed, one on the bed and one on the law frame. Second one, they gave me the bed was fine. But the chair was disgusting, still dirty. I needed to sleep. So we stood with it, that's. I think it needs to be maintained more cleaned.”

“Very clean Staff really nice Great location for dining and shopping!!!”

“Not much to complain about. Great location, with easy access off the interstate. Room was quite spacious and well appointed. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again when in the area.”

“Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.”

“It was a bit frustrating driving 4 hrs to be told that our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 when check in time was 3. Then when we came back after attending the concert at the Strawberry festival there was no parking available because of all the construction equipment in the parking lot. But the young lady who was working allowed us to park in the front. She was extremely nice and the issues had nothing to do with her. ”
