“Calme et détendu”

“The property is very well presented, with most of it usable space. I knew after reading a few reviews that the check in process wasn’t going to be straight forward for us but after a few phone calls, they opened the door remotely. The property isn’t close to the beach or the main area for the restaurants, we knew this and were happy to walk, a few restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walk, the 4 main supermarkets are 10 minutes away and the main area for eating and drinking are approx 15……

“First of all: no AC. The few fans either don’t work or hit the ceiling, so you have to choose between a tac-tac noise or, well, not sleeping at all due to heat. One advise. Take pictures of everything. One of the ‘statues’ was broken when we arrived and they charged us for it, claiming we broke it. Really uncool.”

“Very unhappy with the stay, we first arrived at 4pm when our check in was due. We followed all instructions for the check in and couldn’t get in there is no one to call you have to text a WhatsApp number and wait 20 minutes for a reply, after finally getting a reply they said we are trying to contact the owner but he has a busy schedule (we are surely apart of that schedule being guests at his apartment) and after waiting for a combined 50 minutes outside of the property (there was a storm on……

“The stay was perfect. We really loved the villa and its large pool. Located 30 minutes from Murcia or 20 minutes from the coast, the villa is in a very quiet area. The owners are friendly, helpful, and available to answer any questions about the villa and the surrounding area. Very clean and extremely well-equipped, we (a couple with two children, ages 6 and 9) wanted for nothing and felt right at home. We highly recommend it.”

“La casa es magnífica con un gran anfitrión no le falta de nada para disfrutar como en tu casa.”

“The house was amazing. So homely and welcoming. Would stay again. The view to the Mar Menor was beautiful. Pity the weather was not great. Would have loved to have sat out with a bottle of wine. And take in the rays. ”

“Lovely clean Villa. Second time staying and would definitely go back”

“A good system for checking in and departing, very nice bungalow.”
