「Trevor was great with communicating through emails & making sure i had everything i needed before my stay & checking everything would be on for my elderly grandmother which i thought was a lovely consideration to have. Trevor made sure i had all the contact details prior to landing so that everything went smooth with my stay. As an owner i couldn’t recommend Trevor enough :) 」

La cuisine était équipée de tout ce qu'on avait besoin. Et la communication avec les propriétaires était super. - Très bon confort général.」

「Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...

「The double bed was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed frame was metal and very low. The mattress was thin and scratchy with no cover. It dipped in the middle so the thin sheet provided kept coming off in the night. There were no pillows, only a single rock hard bolster. The downstairs bathroom was outside. The yard was being used to store broken kitchen appliances, furniture and other rubbish, so it was not pleasant to sit out in. Kitchen had no work surface to prepare or serve food at all,...

「Another great stay in this very quiet corner of the golf resort. The house is very comfortable inside and out and it’s well situated between Mazarrón to the South and Murcia to the North. We have already booked to come again later in the year. A firm favourite and highly recommended. 」

「We stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely house and I can honestly say it was brilliant. The house offered everything we needed. It was clean and airy with a fabulous roof terrace and a lovely swimming pool. There are lots of beaches close by and many bars and restaurants within a short walk away. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a lovely holiday. 」
