Great family villa.

The finca was in spectacular surroundings, with a great pool area. The outdoor barbecue was a big hit , as was the poolside shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very useful as well. We would have appreciated some guidance with regard to the disposal of the household rubbish as the lication of the finca is remote. But overall we all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you.

A great property, good sized bedrooms and the aircon worked very well. The pool was a perfect size. You need a car to get about but the beach is only 5 mins away

The house was very clean but a little old and worn out. 2 of the showers were leaking, so there was water on the floor after use. The pool had a great size for 10 people. But the water was very dirty and we were sticky after swimming in the pool. They came and cleaned the pool several times before ur was better.

Beautiful property. High-end finishes, appliances and furniture. Outstanding landscaping. Welcoming outdoor lounging and eating area with many chairs and much shade to choose from. Shower mats for older people would be very helpful. Thoughtfully equipped throughout. Best coffee-maker ever! Swimming pool was regularly cleaned and a perfect temperature. Welcome host, Rosidha, was very helpful. Finca Lorenzo is highly recommended.

Excellent Place but would improve communication and checkout experience

The place was excellent, the house is much more than you expect with everything you could ever need. Just amazing. Would 100% come back, excellent for big groups since there is not close neighbors. However, I would improve the communication since it was noticed the day BEFORE arriving that there had to be a 200 eur deposit, 200 eur cleaning fee and payment for the electricity consumption (all this in cash). I would have preferred all of this communicated within the announcement. Also, taking into account that the checkout was early (10am), this was not respected 100% since there were people since 9am in the house already cleaning up, and they wanted to check rooms since 9:20, not providing with the proper and comfortable time for all of the guests to leave the bedrooms. Rather than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Wir waren verwundert, dass sich unsere Luftmatratzen im Pool bereits nach 1-2 Tagen grĂŒn verfĂ€rbt haben. Nach Recherche hĂ€ngt dies mit einem unsauberen Wasserzustand zusammen, was uns ab da etwas geekelt hat. Ansonsten war der Kontakt zur Verwaltung vor Ort super. Wir hatten einmal Nachts plötzlich kein Wasser mehr in der FeWo und die Verwaltung war am nĂ€chsten morgen nach 15 Minuten direkt vor Ort. Wir haben noch angedeutet, dass die Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht werden sollte und der Knopf am Grill nicht mehr funktioniert. Wir wĂŒrden die FeWo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Fantastische Finca, die nichts vermissen lÀsst

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca Lorenzo war absolut fantastisch!! Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Bezug war alles tipptopp sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Schon die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und insbesondere mit dem Personal vor Ort war absolut freundlich und unkompliziert.Wer wie wir im Winter anreist, will die geniale fußbodenheizungnima missen!!Wenn ich ĂŒberhaupt etwas Negatives finden muss, dann vielleicht, dass die Finca etwas ab vom Schuss gelegen ist. Umgekehrt hat mir dafĂŒr unsere Freiheit und Ruhe und konnten doch mit dem Auto alles Wichtige in KĂŒrze erreichen.

Wir waren zu 8 in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Woche. Der Außenbereich bietet viel Platz und in dem Pool kann man sogar richtig schwimmen (nicht nur planschen 😊) Ein kleines Problem mit dem Grill wurde schnell behoben. Alles perfekt!

Familienurlaub

Der Empfang war sehr nett, ebenso die ersten EindrĂŒcke. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mit insgesamt 9 Personen war reichlich Platz. HandtĂŒcher Badelaken vorhanden und sauber. Wir hatten in dieser Finca einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und eine fantastische Familienzeit. Ein Problem fĂŒr uns waren die Ameisen. In den Schubladen, Töpfen, Bratpfannen, jeden Morgen mussten wir alles was aus den Schubladen kam neu umspĂŒlen. Selbst in geschlossenen Kekspackungen waren sie zu finden. Nach RĂŒcksprache mit der Betreuerin ist es ein Problem auf der Insel. Fazit Empfehlenswerte Finca, die wir auch immer wieder buchen wĂŒrden.

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsen Kindern GĂ€ste in der Finka Lorenzo. Die Finka ist bestens ausgestattet und wunderschön. Der große Pool und die tolle Gartenanlage waren ein Highlight. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie mit dem Verwalter war freundlich und problemlos. Vielen Dank.

Es ist ein schönes Haus, mit allem Komfort. Nur unsere Urlaubszeit war zwei Wochen zu frĂŒh.

Es war sehr angenehm. Leider konnten wir wegen der niedrigen Temperaturen das Schwimmbad nicht wirklich nutzen. Wir hÀtten auch gern einen Trockner gehabt, aber die WÀsche trocknet bei dem starken Wind auch auf dem WÀschestÀnder. Die Umgebung ist landwirtschaftlich geprÀgt. Zum Strand muss man ein bisschen fahren. Aber er ist sehr schön.

Tolle Finca mit super Ausstattung

Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Hund in der Finca und waren total zufrieden. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz, auch zum gemeinsamen Essen, der Pool hat eine tolle GrĂ¶ĂŸe, die Anlage war sehr gepflegt mit jeder Menge Möglichkeiten. In etwa 7 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto den nĂ€chsten Supermarkt und auch der Strand ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In direkter Umgebung der Finca ist nicht wirklich viel, sodass man aber auch niemanden stört. Hervorzuheben ist noch die Ausstattung der Finca. Neben hochwertigen GerĂ€ten (z.b. die Kaffeemaschine) gibt es jede Menge Zubehör, Töpfe, Pfannen usw., aber auch Spiele und Spielzeug fĂŒr die Kleinen. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und fanden die Betreuung vor Ort super nett und unkompliziert. Gern wieder! :)

Wunderschöne abgelegene Finca

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und bietet ausreichend Platz, insbesondere die frisch renovierte KĂŒche fanden wir Klasse. Der Pool ist wunderbar und wird durch die Ansprechpartner vor Ort entsprechend gepflegt, damit er immer frisch ist. Die Finca ist sehr abgelegen, ideal um bis in den frĂŒhen Morgen laut zu sein, es beschwert sich niemand. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind extrem entt und hilfsbereit, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf der schönen Insel. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 in der Finca, daher auch der einzig negative Punkt: Es gibt zwar mehrere Tische, aber diese bieten eigentlich nur Platz fĂŒr 10, zu 12. ist es entsprechend etwas eng.

In all reasonable. Down stairs rooms dont have AC, as it in the country as night the number biting insects is significant so to sit in doors was very uncomfortable. No meter reading was provided at start of stay so you rely on owners honesty with regards to electricity consumption. Pool was dirty and so much so we stopped using it. Informed the owner await an explanation. Good location for accessing NE of island.

Schöne gerĂ€umige Finca mit moderner Austattung (vor allem KĂŒche), Pool und praktischer Zimmeraufteilung. Wir waren zu 11. fĂŒr eine Woche und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Finca liegt abseits und man ist damit ungestört, trotzdem sind Sa Pobla und Alcudia schnell per Auto erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
