If you are there to relax and spend time with family it a good place to stay unfortunately there is no too much a/c on the rooms and the restaurants are always packed so on a 3 day stay we did I not had the chance to enjoy all the amenities

Hotel is beautiful and staff is very friendly, now what truly surprised me is that guests were all from Germany 😰 I would have loved to see more Spanish people 😊 food and drinks were amazing, my only complaint is the air conditioning in the room, I was sweating all night, it never got cold or at least comfortable, but they said it is like that if temperatures outside are fresher. Other than that, it is a beautiful place to stay!

The property was beautiful but the pictures are deceiving. We thought we were getting a room with a beautiful swim up pool outside the room and instead we got grass with a view of a fence and the parking lot. Once we brought this to the attention of hotel management they took great care of us and moved us to a much nicer room. This is a great location for kids but not so much if you are only traveling with adults

Nice hotel. LOT's of kids. Deceiving room descriptions, specifically, the premium room with your own pool entrance - not true for all premium rooms. Our room didn't have direct pool access. We had to walk through other residents backyard area to access pool. It was not well described and awkward walking through other guests backyard area. I would call this property a "sleepy hotel", meaning after 10pm, Its a ghost town and many people telling you to be quiet after 10pm. Food was great! Staff and Manager were fantastic!

It was a great experience, but the resort was extremely busy. It was tough to get chairs by the pool and the beach was extremely crowded. While the hotel is a beachside property it is not a private beach.

The hotel is good…. It needs a lot upgrades…. The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is an old hotel and it needs to be more modern and changed some of the areas…. For example replace the carpet in the room’s corridors for real floors…. The food was ok but not excepcional.. I think this is because it is an all inclusive with a lot of people! It is a little frustrating that the hotel doesn’t have beach and you have to pay for it daily. But we enjoy so much our time in Mallorca!

Beautiful property! Food and drinks were great, particularly great cocktails! Biggest feedback is that there should be more adult only areas. Fine if you’re a family but not great if you’re travelling as a couple, no bar, dining or pool areas without kids

Super séjour en all inclusive. Super accueil.
