  • Enjoy a peaceful and family-friendly vacation in Mallorca by staying in this charming rural farmhouse in Muro, equipped for 8 people and with a privileged location, just a few minutes by car from the beaches of Can Picafort. Ideal for families and groups of friends looking for relaxation, privacy, and easy access to the sea.



    The exterior of the property is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It features a private saltwater pool (8m x 4m; maximum depth 1.80m), surrounded by 8 comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.



    Additionally, it has a children's area for the little ones and a ping pong space for everyone's entertainment. The barbecue area with a table for 8 people allows enjoying outdoor meals in a natural setting. In the upper area, a chill out zone with views of the pool offers the perfect corner to disconnect at sunset.



    The interior of the house is distributed on a single floor, which makes it practical and accessible. The living-dining room is spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning, fireplace and satellite television, and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen to cover all your culinary needs. The property has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with quality mattresses that guarantee rest during vacations: 3 bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds of 90 cm. It has 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite within a bedroom with a double bed.



    Located in a quiet rural area of Muro, this property is just a few minutes by car from Can Picafort, one of Mallorca's most popular tourist destinations. There you can enjoy its white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, as well as a wide range of restaurants, shops, and seaside activities.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein paar ruhige Tage in Ca Na Pepa verbracht und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich fand die Lage ideal – abseits vom Trubel, aber trotzdem war man schnell an den Stränden oder im Ort. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gepflegte Garten mit dem Pool, und abends konnten wir schön draußen sitzen. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Für einen entspannten Urlaub auf dem Land genau das Richtige.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ca Na Pepa

The house is located in a quiet rural area near Muro, which was ideal for a few relaxing days away from the busy tourist spots. The surroundings are peaceful, and it only takes a short drive to reach the beaches of Playa de Muro or Can Picafort. The finca is well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the private pool, the outdoor seating area with a barbecue, and the fact that the house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The kitchen had all the basics, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Overall, it's a nice option for families or small groups looking for a quiet base in the countryside, not far from the coast.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, allerdings gibt es in einigen Bereichen noch etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Die Katzen im Garten wurden von den vorherigen Mietern ins Haus gelassen, was für Allergiker leider etwas unangenehm sein kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas herausfordernd, da kurzfristig Dinge eingefordert wurden, die in der Mappe im Haus anders dokumentiert waren. Trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten war der Aufenthalt insgesamt überwiegend angenehm.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations

The villa looked really good in the photos, but was even nicer in reality. There were three of us staying here, myself and my two teenage children, so we each got a separate bedroom. The house was very spacious and I think would still feel like that even if 8 people were staying. The outdoor space really made the villa special, with palm trees and greenery everywhere. The pool was spotless and we spent many hours lounging in and around it. There are multiple areas for dining inoutside and the bbq looked very substantial even though we never got round to using it. The property was spotless and clearly very looked after. The villa is located in a very peaceful, private area, about 10 mins drive from the beach in Can Picafort and about the same from a large supermarket. Highly recommended and we would gladly stay there again.
