The home has an open dining and living area with gas log fireplace and plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of home and boasts plenty of space to create meals together and still visit with everyone. Upgraded coffee maker can accommodate regular filtered coffee and/or k-cups. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a Queen size bed, new 43 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet and his/her dresser space. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The upstairs loft is a master bedroom with new King size bed and twin size sleeper. The on-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination and plenty of storage. Large walk in closet completes the space. Wake up to amazing views. This room has a new 43 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. All new bedding and linens. Fully finished basement is furnished with additional seating, queen size sleeper sofa and queen bed plus TV and play area with vintage arcade console with over 200 video games for the kids. Wet bar area with beverage cooler, microwave, sink and coffee maker. French doors open to the oversized deck with seating, dining and cooking area plus access to the side yard with additional large patio set and fire pit. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer on the main floor.

The large main floor deck is another great space to entertain and enjoy family and friends. There is an outdoor seating area with a fire pit table for those chilly NC nights, eating area for two and a rocking bench. Enjoy the ground level deck area with another seating area and an eating area for four where you may relax and take in nature at its best. Let your inner chef come out and enjoy the gas BBQ grill under the covered patio. There is also a fire pit and an additional large patio table with umbrella and seating for six on the side yard. Conveniently located within 10 minutes to the Historic town of Murphy with local restaurants, antique and retail shops and a cozy movie theater. Drive a little longer and enjoy a day at Lake Hiwassee, tour a small local winery or spend a day at Toccoa/Ocoee River - home of the 1996 Olympic whitewater canoe and kayak events. The upper and middle Ocoee River are hailed as one of the most supreme commercial whitewater locations in the US. Grown ups can escape to Harrah's Casino for a night of fun. Day trip destinations include Asheville - home of the Biltmore Estate, Bryson City, Gatlinburg, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Ruby Falls, Chimney Rock, Clingmans Dome and even the Appalachian Trail, all in the center of the great Smokey Mountains.
