「We had an amazing family trip to celebrate milestone birthdays for our parents and Thanksgiving. Angela was so helpful and responsive from the start, offering to stock the kitchen with anything that might be missing to prepare a full traditional Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen was so well stocked and everything needed was right there, down to the pie plate. I couldn’t find one thing missing. 「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

The practically new linens, towels and blankets, comfortable beds and pillows and nice furniture throughout made it feel like home.
