「I like the fact that if you want a pack of chips or a chocolate, you don't have to pay 5 or 6 dollars, as I do at the Hilton. Great room, very clean and fresh.
I did not like that when I arrived, I tried to book a table for dinner; there was nothing available. I ended up sitting on a stool in the bar to eat dinner, which would never have happened at the Hilton. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful.」
「Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there. 」
「Generally we had a great time. Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation but look forward to when it opens. There wasn't much advice about how to safely get to the Riesling trail and the bike lock didn't work. Staff should be more knowledgeable about this. Otherwise it was a nice stay.」
