“It is as fine as it can be for being a basement. There were some outside bugs and spiders and spider webs in some places. Wasps in door frames and I got stung on my finger and my cheek. There was confusion on how to enter the property.”

“Kimberly Creek property is lovely! It has walking trails, a playground, large pavillion and other interesting things. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Ashland, which is a super fun place to poke around small town shops and eat. The King Dome, where I stayed was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. I appreciated the comfortable beds (everyone who stayed there mentioned the great sleep they had) as well as the firepit and picnic table just outside on our private patio. Something to keep……

“It was a really neat old bank and it worked well for our group. They communicated very quickly and were so accommodating!”

“Enjoyed having both air conditioning and heating due to changing weather during our time here.”

“Everything was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms and the basement with pool table, games, Arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids (and adults to be fair!!)Kelly the host was very flexible with everything and replied to any questions we had immediately. Would highly recommend this to a large group of people. 2 rooms in basement with queen beds in each room. Bunk bed upstairs on another room and two other rooms with queen beds plus a bathroom……

“Our stay was great, the property was quiet and peaceful, great location close to everything we wanted to see over the weekend. The neighborhood was nice a great mix of walkable and easy to find parking near the local restaurants, which were really welcoming with great food! Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy.”
