Great time and awesome stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The unit is updated and feels open and airy. It’s our second time staying at this resort and we’ll be back again for sure!

I am trying to think of a reason to not rate this condo 10/10. But I cannot think of one. As the title suggested... easy access from the top parking deck, we parked right in front of our door on the 2nd floor. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location in the quiet Garden City oceanfront. We ate in a couple times and had all the cookware, utensils, dishes, and appliances needed. The condo is spacious with a wonderful oceanfront balcony where we spent hours watching sunrises and evening moonlight on the ocean. We will definitely try to book this condo on our next visit. Reviewer Comments: All was ok, EXCEPt WET Cement paint in front of our door we stepped in, not good or easy to get off skin...Better time to paint sidewalks then when spring break is going on.. Coffee pot was gross, not cleaned in a long time., And 1 used, dirty frying pan found in Cupboard.. I reported this at checkout . Other than these 3 things , we enjoyed our stay. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to have someone find my husbands radio, Thank you....

What a treat it was to sit on my balcony for my morning coffee, watching the sunrise & listening to the waves. My unit was fully stocked w/ kitchen dinnerware, utensils, tools & appliances. My bed was very comfy although it made it harder for me to get up each day. The furnishings were updated & very attractive. I will definitely hope to stay here again!

Vacation Nightmare

Reviewer Comments: I have been coming and staying at the Royal Garden since I was 16 years old with my parents and once of rental age I began staying there for my own vacations. I am 31 years old now, so I've been staying there for 15 years now. This is possibly the worse experience I have ever had while staying here. My boyfriend and I stayed in this exact room in October of 2021 and had no problems other than we were talked to rudely when we checked in at that time. This vacation was one thing after the other. The night we arrived the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am and we never given a reason as to what happened, even after asking why it happened. It was the next day that the power, in the entire building I believe, went out. Thankfully the refrigerator didn't get hot and didn't loose any food, but the freeze did get hot and lost ice and had to refreeze our ice packs for the cooler. The worse of the whole trip was that my boyfriend and I kept being bit and we couldn't figure out what it was. I finally asked if he was being bit and we agreed to look over the room. We found a bed bug on the back of the pull out sofa cushion and put it in a container. We called and informed Lindsay of what was found. She had a difficult time communicating with the pest control company. We were headed back to our when the guy showed up. He was let into the room without us there, I have mixed feelings on, but did agree that it was a bed bug we found. We were able to be moved to another room thankfully, but the fact the owner wouldn't give us more than a fourth of what we paid for staying 8 days is pretty insulting. We had to wash all of our clothes in the new room as well as the trouble we went through to make sure our house would not be infested. I also tried contacting Logan, who was suppose to be in office Saturday when we were leaving because my boyfriend couldn't find his toothbrush and thought it was left in 203, he never answered or called us back. I am thoroughly disappointed how this was handled

It's an older building, but they have continually worked to maintain it and keep it nice, doing several major upgrades the past few years. The condos are individually owned, so each one is different, with some being more updated than others. Overall, we love it and we always enjoy our stay. This time we rented a one bedroom condo by ourself and it was absolutely perfect. It was well maintained and updated, very clean, and pleasant.
