Beautiful view - cluttered unit
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This unit was nice, but was not set up for renters. There were so many Knick knacks and decorations it was hard to find a place to lay your stuff. The owner left way too much personal stuff. The unit was very dirty, it desperately needs a deep clean. There are motion lights and air fresheners everywhere! The view was beautiful, but after visiting units on floor 4 and 1, I prefer their covered decks more. Marlin Quay was nice, but their HOA refused fo open the pool during COVID despite multiple owners asking. Other pools in the area were open which was very frustrating. The unit could be great if the owner would clean and declutter. The couch and chairs in the living area had plywood under the cushions to hold them up.
