Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked our beach stay with Royal Garden Realty. Upon arriving in room 1212 we found there had been a leak in the kitchen ceiling. The plaster had fallen off the ceiling and was all over the bar, the bar chairs and the carpet. The carpet was also wet close to the bar. After contacting the realty company they booked us into room 1411. Wow what a difference. The place was very neat and clean. Whoever owns this room did an excellent job updating and cleaning this condo. Thank you to Garden City Realty and the owner for letting us stay in this beautiful condo.
