Golf trip

4 nights with excellent accommodations. If only the pool was heated... This is the only thing that would have made our stay even better.

Great Home

Stayed here for a family reunion, the home was large with lots of space for everyone. Loved having a bathroom in each room. The pool was a bit chilly (stayed in November), but the kids still used it. Overall would recommend!

Perfect for our group

We had a wonderful time in this home. We had 8 people (6 adults, 2 kids). Everyone enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. The location was peaceful and quiet but still close enough to anywhere you could want to go. We loved our stay!

A group of friends came to enjoy bike week

The house was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very clean and so nice. It was very close to the beach and we had views of the marsh. The elevator made getting our luggage up a breeze. We plan to book again in the future.

Beautiful Home!!!

This home was absolutely beautiful with a great swimming pool. It is very spacious and super close to the beach. The elevator was great for getting luggage and groceries into the house and moving from floor to floor if you have small children. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Clean home, quiet neighbors

Nice new home with everything you need. Both neighbors to the left and right own their home, which is nice . The only downside; which is what it is, is that you have to walk down a somewhat busy street without sidewalks to get to the beach. Luckily we found lots of public parking right by the beach . It’s not a long walk, just busy, esp with kids in tow. Overall great place, would absolutely stay again.

Dirt, roaches, & no AC.

We were so excited about our stay here!!! The house is Gorgeous facing a quiet street. That being said, when we got there only 1 person was cleaning the entire house. She did a rush job and still was NOT FINISHED by 4:05. (Not her fault! It’s a 5 person job!) The floors and baseboards were dirty.( hair and dust) There were cigarette butts & Doritos by the pool. More cigarette butts in cups with beer on the balconies. Then the roaches started coming in! Vacasa did eventually call someone to come spray. Later in the week the AC stopped working. Vacasa was notified and someone eventually came out but they couldn’t fix the problem. They had to come back the following day. SC in August is very HOT!! An AC system that’s only 2 years old should be able to work. The 2 fans in the kids’ rooms don’t work. After speaking to Eric from vacassa about all the issues, all we got was “I’m so sorry!” We paid over 4K to rent this house. At the very least It should have been absolutely spotless!! We submitted an honest review on Vacasa but somehow it was deleted. Thank God we took pictures of everything. The dirt. The roaches. The thermostat! We were so disappointed in such a beautiful home.

Such a beautiful home!!

Our stay was due to our son's graduation, so we wanted to be close to the beach and a reasonable distance from the school. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was very clean, but there were some jellyfish at the time. Check in was simple with a few text messages and viola, we were in. It was very clean, understandably as it is a new build, but still very spotless. Each bathroom had its set of towels and amenities as well as additional comforters in each bedroom. They did come in handy as the A/C pumps, but you do have access to the temp control, which we figured out a night later. No one complained about the beds and I was comfortable in the King size bed. The balconies are nice touch. The views are not great but it felt good. The pool area came in handy with 2 little girls. There's the pool, a grill, a table, lounge chairs and a TV. Make sure you bring the cooler, so don't have to go upstairs to the kitchen all the time. Although, there is an elevator, which is located in the car port. They are a few inflatables for the pool and a corn hole set in the shed for some additional entertainment. The kitchen has the basic utensils, pots, pans and all the appliances are new. Wal-Mart is a 5 minute drive and you can pretty much find anything on 17. Overall, the home, the location and the celebration made it a wonderful stay. I would certainly recommend this home.

Beautiful Home / Dirty Inside

This rental is a lovely home. Although the couch will need to be cleaned sooner than later, the furniture was in decent shape and acceptable. The pool was nice and maintained. However, the place wasn't clean. The grill and stove is filthy. We were unable to use either of them making it a burden to eat out all four days we were there. We wasted all of the food we purchased to grill and cook as a result of the condition of the grill and stove. The refrigerator had old food in it from the previous guest along with trash and hair. The floors were also filled with dirt, trash and hair. We swept the floors and I was very upset to see all of the filth all over the floors. We spent our first day there cleaning up the best we could. The cleaning lady had to return to mop and clean the stairs that were filled with sticky unknown substances. She had to clean the nasty refrigerator as well. The grill and over was not cleaned. The showers and toilets were acceptable. We had to wait an hour and a half beyond check in because the cleaning lady wasn't done cleaning only to find out it was still dirty hence us cleaning and having her to return the next day. Nevertheless, the actual house itself is very nice and comfortable. Vacasa should do a better job of cleaning these rentals to a proper standard.

Awesome Place!

Everything was new and well-kept in the house. The salt-water pool was refreshing, and we loved relaxing outside under the shade umbrellas. The location is wonderful - just a short golf cart ride away from anything you might need!

Great beach home!

This home had a great layout with an open concept. The rooms were also a great size, as well as the backyard having a pool and a small yard. The beach is a short ride away with some free public parking available.
