"Vallet was not available on the Memorial day, and a staff said that they don't work when there's not enough guests checking in because they are not making money."

"La Quinta tends to be a good balance of lower price but still reasonably good accommodations in my experience. Unfortunately, this particular location was a bit lacking on my recent visit. First, there is a train track that runs right next to the property with trains that went by in the 11pm hour. Second, the hot tub did not work on our visit... I asked about this at the front desk and was it told it worked. The room itself was fine, the bed and linens and all of that were fine so no issue there. We stayed there for a baseball tournament, and being close to the fields to get more sleep and having a hot tub to soak in after a multi-game day were the priorities and this location did not meet those and did not mention active train tracks. I won't be staying at this location again given other options nearby for a minimal increase in cost."

"There’s no traditional breakfast just muffins, coffee, tea, and breakfast bars. Free waters at the front which I appreciated. Nice staff, but outdated rooms. Live music at the street level restaurant was nice, but not a good menu if you want an actual meal. Rooftop bar was the selling point for us but had bad music, with mediocre food and slow service. Good location, but won’t be returning as I like a more modern stay."

"Absolutely loved it here! Property is beautiful, staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Our room was perfect, with the waves crashing right below us. I had Ali, the concierge manager set up our room while at dinner for my proposal to my girlfriend. It was perfect with rose pedals and candles. Definitely will be back!!"

"This property is NOT your usual Marriott Bonvoy property. Male staff made sure to make it very clear that they are NOT. So any friendly, courteous treatment Marriott usually offers and provides, do not expect it here in Murrieta. I will NEVER return to this particular property again."

"Welcoming Staff, Great Food, and a Room Choice Worth Knowing About The staff across the entire property were a highlight, check-in was smooth and the food service teams at Guenther’s Lounge, Brew 1902, Café Azuli, and The Tortoise Shell were all attentive and friendly. Breakfast at Brew 1902 was excellent, and The Tortoise Shell kept drinks moving quickly without having to flag anyone down. The bunk bed room was comfortable, but a practical note for future guests: Murrieta Hot Springs welcomes families, which is great, just know that if you’re booking for a quiet, restorative getaway, the bunk bed rooms may not be your best fit. Opt for a different room type if a peaceful retreat is the goal. Would stay again, the service alone makes it worth it."
