「On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. 」

「房間很大舒適，床超級大可以睡四個人吧！設備齊全，提供免費點心牛奶，這讓我很驚喜，早餐很棒，看著窗外陽光灑進來，吃著在澳洲算豐盛的早餐，很棒的經驗，服務人員很友善，不過一定需要開車前往，交通比較不方便。」

「A comfortable stay. Female staff person was lovely, friendly & accomadating Room was a bit outdated, couldnt connect to the Wifi even after id contacted staff about it but over all a good few nights. I would stay again as its a lovely location & more importantly the bed was comfortable for me」

"As we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. So that the toilet can't make wet & dry seperate. "
