The hotel is a few years old and has been well used but the current management obviously take a pride in maintaining the property and the services provided. Rooms are well appointed and clean and all areas very tidy inside and out. It is in a good location although on the outskirts of the city. Plenty dining options close by. Good breakfast included in the price.

The bathroom was very clean and the beds comfortable, two of the most important requirements. They offer a decent breakfast too. The only thing was that the AC in the room was not cooling well, so the room was a bit warm.

Staff women who checked us in was pleasant! Hotel itself is in need of repairs! And could use a deep clean. Room was small in size & window glass was cracked both outside & in mold/algea & debris between the panes! Didn’t see until follow morning or would have switched rooms! Across from elevator so lots of noise & kids birthday party was going on also. Breakfast: there was an unsupervised older child who I believe may have belonged to a staff member - was not able to understand his speech, was playing with food. While fixing my coffee, first he moved unwrapped pastry, bread, bagels with tongs, then switched to using his ungloved hands to flip each slice of bread, stack bagels on top of each other & then unstack them!! Very unsanitary & gross! Obviously didn’t stay to eat ANYTHING!

The pool area was clean, the staff was super friendly. This was the second time we stayed here. Giving a three star on cleanliness because there was food left in the fridge from someone previously staying there. But everything else was clean.

The property is clean and maintained. We tried it because of the reasonable pet fee ($25). We had a room with a jacuzzi, which we will avoid repeating. There was nothing wrong with it, and the front desk did ASK if would take it. But it is a lot of wasted space.
