She was more than accommodating and flexible as we screwed up our check out date and time and needed to change things last minute and she was super easy and kind to work with. 「The property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was clean and appealing but the 5 BR description is deceiving as the 5th "BR" is really a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. But, it turned out not to be a major problem as we worked it out and enjoyed our weekend stay. Communication was good and they property manager did not hesitate to allow us an exta hour to get out the property.」
