「Well all the staff was great but my phone didn’t work and shower head was loose but it wasn’t a big problem overall it was ok」

「Ok to start off, when we went into our room, it was not clean, sheets & pillows were all over the floor, the room had not been cleaned or cleared for them to give us that room. They gave us a new room, the new room was very damp & smelled like mildew. I started looking around & there was mold in the room. It was on the ceiling & on the lampshades. The bathroom sink underneath was spilling water, I assume that's why there was so much mold. There was only a bar of soap for the sink for toiletry...

「It was a good place to stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. There were some AC issues with what we were told was a fan. It was really loud that last night because our room was right next to it. Staff was apologizing regarding the noise. We would stay there again for sure.」

「Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. If...

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」
