“This hotel is conveniently located within the walled old town of Arles. It is located in and above a restaurant near one of the main gates of the old city a short walk from the ancient Roman arena. It is close to many restaurants and great shopping and near the wonderful market held in Arles on Wednesdays. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but in great condition and newly renovated. The restaurant associated with the hotel even had a vegan platter for dinner.”

“The bistrot has no availability to the guests, because the are always fully booked, for other than guests. No service on the pool. No food service at the bar before 14:30, so we are not able to eat there as the bistrot was fully booked.”

“Für einen Besuch der Carrières des Lumières ideal, weil zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Dort ist ganz schlecht ein Parkplatz zu finden. Anlage wunderschön und vielseitig: 2 Restaurants, Boutiquen für Mode, Keramik, Schokolade und Wein. Gehobene Preisklasse, aber es lohnt sich.”

“The room was nice and clean. But we are not allowed to drive into the area near the hotel. We were advised to park the car in a public car park which was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. And the hotel didn’t provide electric kettle in the room. ”

“The hotel car park has very limited space and it was full when i checked in. I have to park outside and carry bags and luggages to the hotel. Very bad experience”

“We checked in late but the host was there to greet us, very helpful and friendly, room is not spacious but acceptable. ”

“The location is OK for those drive their cars, to walk to the city area is around 15+ miutes. There's no fridge in the room and wifi connection is bad”

“A real find. Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were excellent and very warm. We stayed in a small suite. It was perfect.”
